Idem is an internal software system operated by Asynth SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company registered with the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under number 512 162 926.

Idem relies on artificial intelligence agents to assist the members of Asynth SAS in their professional work, including the handling of correspondence, the management of documents and calendars, and the publication of the company's own videos.

Idem is not a product or a service offered to third parties. It is neither sold, licensed nor made available to the public. Access is restricted to members of Asynth SAS who have been expressly authorised, and its use is subject to internal rules on confidentiality, security and the protection of personal data. No message is sent and no content is published through Idem without the prior approval of an authorised member.
